As the founder of Vitality Vibe, she integrates yoga, mindfulness, meditation, stress management, nutrition and breathing practices into her holistic approach to wellness. Shirlí's teachings are science-based and delivered in a relaxed, easy-going and fun manner, reflecting her passion for helping others navigate stressful life events and achieve optimal health. She is also a valued member of the support team at Yellow Rock Sanctuary, contributing her expertise to the sanctuary's mission of holistic healing and personal transformation.
