What These One-to-One Sessions Are Really About

These sessions are grounded in what is often referred to as the direct path or non-duality. At the heart of this work is a simple recognition: What you truly are is not something that can be improved, completed, or healed? It is already present, already whole, and already here. What appears to stand in the way is not distance, but misunderstanding.

People usually arrive at these sessions when something no longer feels resolved through effort alone. The search for healing, growth, understanding, or peace has become exhausting. The same patterns continue, despite years of trying, and a deeper question begins to emerge:

What if what I am looking for cannot be found through more seeking?

These sessions gently question the assumption that there is a separate self that is broken, lacking, or in need of repair. As this begins to be seen more clearly, the need to constantly fix yourself starts to soften. Psychological resistance loses its foundation, and the identity built around “what’s wrong with me” begins to fall away.

The End of Seeking

The direct path is not about becoming something new. It is about seeing clearly what has always been here.

Who These Sessions Are For?

These sessions are for those who are:

  • Tired of endless seeking

  • Tired of trying to fix themselves

  • Tired of repeating the same internal patterns

  • Ready to question the stories that create suffering

Not for more answers, but for the possibility that the search itself may be the problem.

What Happens in a Session

Each session is simple, open, and direct.

There is no rigid structure, no method to perform, and no role to become. Instead:

  • We look directly at present experience

  • We question what is assumed to be true

  • We explore what remains when thought begins to settle

  • We allow clarity to emerge naturally, without force

  • Nothing is added as something is recognised.

A Final Reflection

These sessions are not here to convince you of anything. They are here to meet you at a point you may already have reached; where the need to keep searching itself begins to be questioned.

So perhaps the real question is not:

“What else do I need?”

But:

“What would remain if there was nothing left to seek?”
