If this is happening to you…

  • You feel like you’re losing your mind, and no one understands

  • Your life no longer makes sense, but you still have to live it

  • Your thoughts won’t stop & nothing feels real anymore

  • Fear & emptiness appears, with no clear reason

  • You’re holding it together on the outside, but inside something is breaking

At some point, a question begins to form: “What is happening to me?”

This can feel deeply personal. But it is not – it is what we understand to be your awakening form the illusion of what you thought life was and the beginning of remembering who you really are!

A different way to understand this

What you are experiencing is not random.

And it does not mean you are broken.

There are times in life when:

  • Old ways of living no longer hold

  • Your sense of self begins to shift

  • The mind can no longer maintain the same certainty

What feels like something going wrong is most often: A known human experience

Not something unique to you.

Not something to be ashamed of.

And importantly:

There is a way through this, without adding more pressure or trying to fix yourself

Not by becoming someone else.

But through:

  • Understanding what is happening

  • Allowing what is already here

  • Reducing the fear that makes it overwhelming

What you are experiencing is not random.

What this retreat offers

This is a weekend immersion designed to help you stabilise, understand, and begin to find your footing again.

You will be supported to:

  • Understand why your experience feels so intense or unstable

  • See how the mind interprets and amplifies what is happening

  • Recognise patterns in emotional overwhelm and identity shift

  • Begin to stop fighting or trying to fix the experience

  • Feel more grounded and able to function in daily life

Nothing here needs to be forced.
Nothing needs to be solved immediately.

A grounded, mature approach

Many people arrive here after trying to fix or “heal” what they are going through.

This is understandable.

But often, that becomes another layer of pressure.

This retreat takes a different approach:

What is happening may not need to be fixed
It may need to be understood and allowed

Alongside the experiential work, you will be introduced, simply and clearly, to psychological and philosophical perspectives that help make sense of what is happening.

Not as theories to believe in.

But as maps that help the mind settle, so it no longer feels lost inside the experience.

What you may begin to notice

For many people, something simple starts to return:

  • A quieter relationship with thought

  • Less urgency to fix everything

  • The ability to get through the day without panic

  • A sense that this may not be the end

Not because everything is resolved…

But because something has begun to settle.

What you will experience

This is an experiential retreat, not an intellectual one.

It includes:

  • Grounded guidance and simple explanation

  • Honest conversation and reflection

  • Gentle breathwork (regulated and supportive)

  • Meditation and stillness

  • Sound therapy (including singing bowls)

  • Light movement and body awareness

  • Time in nature

  • Space to rest and integrate

  • Insight sessions

You will also be with a small number of people going through something similar, even if their stories look different on the surface.

For many, this brings a quiet but powerful sense of relief: You are not alone in this
